This initiative is designed to establish SEF as a conduit for community and family conversations about education and to build partnerships that support innovative learning initiatives at Live Oak and Branford schools.

• Recruit and manage coaches, volunteers and mentors.
• Cultivate and leverage business, community and faithbased partnerships.
• Persuade stakeholders to establish common ground and shared goals.
• Advocate on behalf of students, teachers and schools.
• Establish community and school Service Projects.
• Create innovative learning environments that promote social, intellectual, mental and environmental resiliency.
• Cultivate a network of Resiliency Coaches to walk along beside teachers, students and families to promote wellbeing and resiliency.  
• Respond to crisis and nurture wrap around services for schools that ensures Quality Education and a Thriving Community.
